Problem

Miro’s navigation and structuring were major pain points. Confusing interfaces and unclear architecture left users struggling to organize content, while legacy tech made file access cumbersome. Other teams were also hampered by the platform’s inefficiencies, limiting their ability to fully leverage it.

Solution

Introducing a new navigation and structuring system that allows users to easily manage their content while delivering a more intuitive and consistent experience across the platform. The sidebar model provides global access to all files, including structuring and creation.

Result

Improved feature usage metrics and returning user ratio. Noted a shift towards positive sentiment in customer feedback. Enabled other teams to fully leverage the sidebar for activation and engagement purposes.
